Hi there, I'm Liz Stern, your Embodiment Coach.

Stepping into this work has changed my life, and I am so honored to share it with you.

I specialize in empowering humans to discover, trust and love the wisdom within their bodies and their beings. Through movement, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, I will guide you into a deep, embodied relationship with yourself.

This is a journey of the self, to the self, through the self. A journey of reverence and remembrance, a journey back home.

Movement

Embodied Movement is an offering rooted in mindfulness and breathwork, intentionally curated to cultivate a deep seated trust within your body. Approaching movement as a pathway towards liberation through cultivating love and trust for yourself, these practices will empower you to evolve, expand and Embody your most Aligned Self.


Movement will ground us into a state of self awareness and discovery, and is particularly potent in cultivating your ability to move beyond the limitations of your mind and FEEL into your life.


Embodied Movement is here to nurture you as you dive into your depths and light your own heart on fire with passion, purpose and pleasure.


Breathwork

Breathwork practices create an experience of ease and presence within your entire being. Through integrating movement with sustained and controlled breathwork practices, you will have an experience of self connection and awareness that is both accessible and potent. Embodied Movement's method of Breathwork creates a powerful experience to alchemize and rewire, to integrate your learnings and allow them to land within your being.


Every Embodied Movement offering is infused with experiences that will create a slow, gradual progression of your breathwork practice. You will feel empowered and enlivened through consistently showing up and taking the time to work with your breath - the process is not linear, so be sure to give yourself grace, love and time as you incorporate this LIFE CHANGING practice into your daily routines.

Mindfulness

Embodied Mindfulness is the way in which you show up in the world. For you, for me, for us. Every moment is an opportunity to be in greater alignment. Through Embodied Mindfulness Practices, you will begin to exist as your fullest self and bring to life your inner wisdom, truth and love.


It is in the way you live moment to moment, in the NOW that creates the life of your dreams.
